A second Serengeti location may be useful for a different landscape or seasonal objective, but it should have a clear purpose. Begin with the number and ages of guests, then build the vehicle and onward flight arrangements around them.
The booking includes one private game-drive vehicle for up to eight guests. A party of nine or ten should have its additional vehicle arrangements confirmed. Wildlife fees and other stated levies, wellness treatments and unlisted experiences are extra. Day-use prices relate to early arrival or late departure and are separate from the overnight villa rates.

The villa has a Main Suite, a Junior Suite and three further king or twin suites, accommodating a maximum of ten guests. The Main and Junior Suites have private heated pools, in addition to the main infinity pool. Accommodation is booked for exclusive use: the tariff separates parties of one to six from parties of seven to ten, rather than selling the bedrooms individually.
Terracotta tones, mature trees and shaded outdoor sitting areas give the house a sheltered feeling above the plains. Indoor lounges and fireplaces offer places to gather, while a media room creates another option between outings. The arrangement is intended for spending time together without requiring everyone to follow the same pace throughout the day.
Private drives explore the Grumeti landscape with the dedicated field guide. Guided walks add attention to tracks and smaller wildlife, while community and conservation visits can be arranged through Singita's Grumeti Fund partnership. Ballooning and other additional experiences need separate confirmation. Grumeti is part of the Serengeti ecosystem; the movement of the migration does not follow a guaranteed timetable.
A private chef prepares meals, and the bar-deli provides access to drinks and snacks during the day. There is a wine cellar, an on-site fitness space and opportunities for wellness treatments, with treatments excluded from the accommodation rate. Share dietary requirements in advance: Singita states that Kilima does not have Halaal or Kosher facilities.
Children of all ages are welcome, with activities tailored to the family. Options described by Singita include cooking, stargazing, games, swimming and a Mini Rangers programme. Wildlife activities remain at the guide's discretion; bush walks have a minimum age of 16. Check the suite allocation and vehicle plan for the whole party before booking.
Scheduled flights and private charters arrive at Sasakwa Airstrip in Grumeti, followed by the included road transfer to the villa. Singita lists direct flying times of approximately one hour from Arusha or one hour and fifteen minutes from Kilimanjaro. Confirm the actual routing, luggage allowance and flight timings for your dates rather than treating those direct-flight estimates as a fixed schedule.
