Day 1 · Entebbe
Arrive in Uganda
A calm Lake Victoria arrival protects the start of the journey and allows a clean domestic connection the next day.

Uganda & Tanzania · 15 days
A high-contrast East Africa journey from Bwindi's mountain forest to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and a seasonally positioned Serengeti camp.
The shape of the journey
Immersive, with enough nights to justify two countries
Day by day
Day 1 · Entebbe
A calm Lake Victoria arrival protects the start of the journey and allows a clean domestic connection the next day.
Days 2–4 · Bwindi
Fly or travel to the Bwindi sector linked to your confirmed permit. Three nights allow a gorilla trek, meaningful time in the forest landscape and recovery without rushing onward.
Day 5 · Arusha
Connect via Entebbe to northern Tanzania, where Sail's local team receives you for a restful transition night.
Days 6–7 · Tarangire
Travel privately into Tarangire, using two nights to reach beyond a transit-style park visit and read the river system at different times of day.
Days 8–9 · Ngorongoro
Move through the highlands and descend early into the crater with a private guide. Lodge position is balanced against view, access time and the next connection.
Days 10–14 · Serengeti
The longest chapter belongs to the Serengeti. One or two camps may be used when the season and distances genuinely justify the move, always leaving enough time to settle into each region.
Day 15 · Arusha or Kilimanjaro
Return by bush flight for your international departure or a separately designed coast extension.
A Sail planning perspective
Permit space, regional flights and the migration's natural movement determine the final sequence. Sail never promises a specific crossing and confirms all cross-border logistics at proposal stage.
Every final journey is built around confirmed availability, the current season, your preferred pace and the character of places you want to stay. No fixed departure or price is implied by this sample.
