What sits inside the NETT file
A Sail savannah NETT file is built to be read in one sitting and marked up without archaeology. Camp lines carry the contracted NETT rate per night, per season, with the basis stated, full board or inclusive, and the room category named. The fee layer follows as its own block: park entry per person per day, concession per night, crater service per vehicle, conservancy per bed-night, county reserve fees, each at the authority's published figure and labelled with its unit, because our fee page exists so that any advisor can audit them against the source.
Transport and guiding are itemised rather than bundled: private vehicles at current Sail rates per day, scheduled light-aircraft sectors, transfers, border logistics where a file crosses, and specialist guides as a separate line when requested. Exclusions are listed rather than implied, and the validity date is printed. The file's whole design is that the advisor's markup sits on a transparent base, which is also what makes our quotes defensible when a client compares them.

Seasons, terms and the calendar you are selling into
Our contracting calendar runs two high seasons, 16 December to 14 March and 1 June to 31 October, and the green months between, where rates across the contracted portfolio commonly sit twenty to thirty-five percent below peak, the arithmetic our green-season page makes for clients and advisors alike. Festive weeks behave as a fifth season with peak-level rates and minimum stays; the crossing and calving windows book on the year-ahead horizons the migration-desk pages document, and advisors selling those weeks should read them first.
Payment shape is standard: half at confirmation, the balance sixty days before travel, full payment at confirmation inside sixty days, with camp and permit terms that differ flagged on the file rather than discovered later. Children's policies follow our standard shape unless a camp's own is stricter: under-threes free, three to six free sharing with two adults, seven to fourteen at half, with camp age minimums stated. Insurance is mandatory on every file and named as such.

White-label, and how the relationship is protected
The advisor owns the client; Sail owns the ground. Proposals go out in the advisor's livery on request, documents carry the advisor's contact as the client's face, and in-destination support runs under the same principle: the client experiences one relationship, the advisor's, with a competent ground desk visible behind it exactly as much as the advisor wants. The trade pages carry the mechanics, from dietary and passport data handling to pre-departure documents.
Commercially the protection is structural: NETT means no retail layer to conflict with the advisor's, direct client enquiries that name an advisor are routed back to that advisor, and the desk does not market to the advisor's clients. From the Sail operations desk, checked August 2026: the advisor files we run repeat at the highest rate in our book, which is the only proof of relationship protection that means anything.

The first brief that lands in one pass
The brief that produces a bookable file names eight things. Dates and their flexibility, because a fortnight's movement changes the price and the geography. Party composition and ages, because camp policies and family architecture turn on them. Budget band per person, stated as a range rather than a hope. Style register, canvas or walls, sociable or private, the vocabulary our camp-choice pages give. Non-negotiables, the three experiences the client will judge the trip by. Mobility and health notes, per our accessibility page's honesty. Passport nationalities, because the entry layer differs by them. And the advisor's own preference on white-label depth.
With those eight, the desk returns a costed, region-matched, season-honest file within the working day, decision tables included where they help the client, and the clarifying-email loop that costs advisors most of their margin disappears.
