Inclusive is not identical
Two properties described as fully inclusive may treat premium drinks, private vehicles, transfers, laundry, conservation levies or specialist activities differently. Some rates include park access; others add it separately because the fee depends on nights or residency.
A proposal should distinguish included, excluded, optional and subject-to-confirmation items in plain language.

The largest cost drivers
Peak-season demand, small camp capacity, private vehicle use, regional flights, gorilla permits, exclusive-use accommodation and single occupancy can materially affect cost. Family policies can reduce or increase the total depending on ages and room configuration.
Changing one famous camp may save less than changing the route's flight pattern. Test both experience and operating cost.

Published rates are orientation
Public accommodation rates can help establish a level, but they may exclude fees or assume a particular occupancy and season. Promotions have conditions and may not combine with other offers.

What is often outside the rate
International flights, visas or authorisations, travel insurance, medical costs, gratuities, personal purchases and some premium drinks are commonly separate. Ballooning, spa treatments, specialist guides and private vehicles may be optional.

Are tips included?
